Along with as much information as possible about the case and the patients desired results

Treatment Plan

You will receive your patient’s treatment plan within 3 working days, which will include:

  • Detailed images and a time-lapse of each arch.

  • Specific instructions for Interproximal Reduction (IPR) and Attachment Placement (if required).

  • Any additional necessary information.

Review

Once you’ve reviewed the treatment plan, please approve it via email or phone. If adjustments are needed (e.g., changes in treatment duration or patient tolerance) or if the patient has cancelled, let us know at this stage. Please provide specific requests for alterations before approval.

Support During the Process
We’re here to assist you every step of the way:

Approval

When approval is received, we will proceed with the manufacture of the first batch of aligners (4 sets maximum, as default). Attachment templates are provided with every case that requires bonded composite attachments on certain teeth (as dictated in the Treatment Plan). You will receive the aligners within 7 working days from approval. As expected with clear aligner treatment, relapsing and resetting revisions are sometimes necessary to reach a desired goal. We handle such revisions on a case-by-case basis, and always consider what is best for the patient when determining the best course of action in these occasions. If revisions are required after the full treatment, we will offer 50% off per tray.
