- Accepted formats: .stl or .obj files only.
- Impressions: alginate or silicone — post using our tracked Royal Mail labels.
- Bite registrations: scanned bite, wax bite, or squash bite all accepted.
- Include case notes: patient details, specific instructions, and required return date.
