Here is what the workflow looks like from your chair.
Step 1: Scan and prescribe
Send us a digital scan from any of the 14+ scanners we support, along with your treatment goals — the teeth you want to move, any restrictions, and the result you are aiming for. No physical impressions to post, no distortion, no delay. If you can also send photographs, they help us plan the aesthetics.
Step 2: Your treatment plan in 3 working days
Within three working days you receive a digital treatment plan showing the planned tooth movements stage by stage, the number of aligners, and the projected end result. You review it, request any changes, and — crucially — you have something concrete to show the patient. A visual plan closes cases far better than a verbal estimate.
Step 3: Revisions without the bill shock
Treatment rarely runs in a perfectly straight line. Teeth track differently, patients want a tweak, a refinement is needed near the end. That is normal — which is why our revisions are 50% off. You can adjust a case as it progresses without a full-price penalty every time, so your margins stay intact and you are never reluctant to get the result exactly right.
Step 4: Retention from the same lab
An aligner case is only finished when the result is stable, so plan retention from the outset. We make Essix and Zendura retainers, fixed retainers, and retainers with pontics — all from the same scan, all finished to your specification. Keeping planning, aligners and retention under one roof means one point of contact and one consistent fit.
