A little daily care keeps your appliance clear, comfortable and long-lasting. Find your appliance below for the do’s and don’ts — and when in doubt, cold water and a soft brush is always safe.

- Clean after each wear with a soft toothbrush.
- Rinse in cold water before & after use, then dry thoroughly.
- Store in its retainer box when not in use.
- Retainer Brite or a similar solution may be used — rinse well before wearing.
- Fit and remove using equal pressure on all sides.
- Never leave in a hot car, direct sunlight or close to any heat source — it warps.
- Don’t eat or drink while wearing — acids shorten its life.

- Remove with equal pressure on all sides (a retriever is recommended).

Dentures
- Rinse your denture(s) after every meal.
- Clean over a basin of water so it won’t break if dropped.
- Keep in water when not worn — never let it dry out.
- Brush with a soft toothbrush, soap and cold water.
- Soak each evening in a denture solution (e.g. Milton), if available.
- Broken? Never glue them yourself — contact your dentist.
