Turnaround is laboratory time only — allow additional time for postage in both directions, or ask about our tracked options for faster delivery.

Two ways to jump the queue when a case can't wait — available on any appliance.

+100% of appliance price
Doubles the standard appliance cost — the fastest way to turn a case around.
Ideal for emergency patients, broken appliances that need replacing urgently, or cases where tomorrow's appointment can't be rescheduled.
2working days
+50% of appliance price
Adds half the standard price — faster than standard, less than Gold.
A good middle-ground when standard turnaround is too slow but Gold is more than you need.
Cut-off times for express services
Send scans for Gold Service before 12pm and we'll ensure your appliance is back with you the next working day.
Snoreguards and dentures need to be received by 10am for same/next-day turnaround.
