The questions practices ask before moving
Switching labs sounds like effort. In practice, it rarely is.
Is it a hassle to switch dental labs?
Not with us. There are no contracts or minimum orders, so you can switch one case at a time and move more across as you get comfortable. Most practices are up and running after a single case.
Will you work with our intraoral scanner?
Yes. We accept scans from all major scanners — iTero, Medit, 3Shape, Dentsply Sirona and more — or open STL/PLY/OBJ files by email, with no extra fees. See our scanner guides or how our digital workflow works.
What about turnaround times?
We publish a standard turnaround for every appliance we make, and offer Gold (1 working day) and Silver (2 working day) express when you need it. See our turnaround times.
Do we have to move all our work at once?
No. Start with a single case and keep your current arrangements running alongside — then move more work over at your own pace, whenever it suits the practice.
How do we send cases if we are not local?
We post finished work anywhere in the UK and provide tracked Royal Mail labels for sending cases in — see our postal options. Locally, we also collect free of charge on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Are you properly accredited?
Yes — DAMAS-accredited, MHRA-registered and staffed by GDC-registered technicians, audited annually. You can download our certificates from the downloads page.
