This is a suggestion tool only. It offers a starting point for discussion based on your answers — it does not constitute a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a prescription.
The decision to prescribe, and responsibility for it, rests entirely with the treating dentist exercising their own clinical judgement, in line with their GDC obligations and knowledge of the patient.
Snoring can be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnoea — a medical condition. Suspected OSA should be appropriately assessed, including via a sleep study where indicated, before any oral appliance is considered. Bridge Dental Laboratory manufactures to prescription and accepts no liability for clinical decisions made using this tool.
