What is the minimum order for a bulk discount?
Discounts start from 10 or more gumshields and improve as the quantity goes up. Squads, year groups, whole clubs and schools all qualify — tell us the rough number and we’ll send a quote.
Can you make the guards in our club colours?
Yes. We carry over 30 EVA colours and combine them in fades, stripes and split designs to suit your kit, and every guard in the order is made to the same spec so the whole squad is consistent. If you have a particular shade in mind, tell us and we’ll get as close as our colour range allows.
How do we get impressions or scans for a whole team?
Each guard is made to fit an individual mouth, so we need an upper-arch impression or intraoral scan per player. Many teams arrange these through their own dentist. If you’re organising a larger group and that’s difficult, get in touch and we’ll talk you through the best way to do it.
Can you add our crest, logo or player names?
Yes — club crests and logos can be set into the guard during fabrication, along with names, initials or squad numbers. Send artwork as a vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf) where possible; a high-resolution PNG or JPEG works too. Graphics sit on or between layers, so they never reduce protection.
How long does a team order take?
Turnaround depends on the size of the order and the design, and we’ll confirm a date with your quote. To have a squad ready for the start of the season, get your order and impressions to us in good time — the earlier you start, the more comfortably we can hit your deadline.
Do you supply schools and universities?
Absolutely — schools, colleges, sports academies and universities are a big part of what we make. We can brand to the school or team, invoice the organisation directly, and handle year-group or whole-squad orders.
