Match the kit, not the shirt exactly
We carry over 30 EVA colours and combine them in fades, stripes and splits. We'll get as close to your kit as the colour range allows — tell us the shade you have in mind and we'll advise before anything is made.
Think about finding it again
Guards get put down on benches and in kit bags. A bold or personalised design is far easier to spot than a clear one — and a name or number makes a squad's guards impossible to mix up.
Design doesn't change protection
Colours and graphics sit on or between the layers, so they never reduce protection. What protects the teeth is the fit and the material — which is why every guard is made from an individual impression or scan.

How many gumshield designs do you offer?
There are 67 designs in the range — 17 flags and nations, 16 marble effects, 15 novelty and 3D styles, 8 stripes and solids, 7 harlequins and 4 personalised options — each available in our range of over 30 EVA colours.
Can you match our club or school colours?
In most cases, yes. We carry over 30 EVA colours and combine them in fades, stripes and split designs. We will get as close to your kit as the colour range allows — tell us the shade you want and we will advise before production. See team and club orders.
Can you add a name, number or club crest?
Yes — names, initials and squad numbers are a standard option, and club crests or logos can be set into the guard during fabrication. Artwork is best sent as a vector file, though a high-resolution image works too.
Does the design affect how well the gumshield protects?
No. Colours and graphics sit on or between the layers and never reduce protection. Protection comes from the fit and the material, which is why every guard is custom-made from an individual upper-arch impression or scan.
How do I get a design made?
Every gumshield is custom-fitted, so we need an upper-arch scan or impression. Individuals usually arrange this through their dental practice; for squads and year groups see team orders, or design your own in 3D first.
