iTero scanners (Align Technology) need iTero support to add a new lab to your account. It is a one-time setup — once we are in your favourites, sending future cases takes a single tap.

How to send us a iTero case
MyiTero.
On your iTero scanner, tap Find a Laboratory, or visit itero.com/en-gb and use the lab locator.
If Bridge Dental Lab doesn't appear, contact iTero support and ask them to add us using ID 54927 or email scan@bridgedentallab.com.
Restart the scanner once we've been added.
Select Bridge Dental Lab from your favourites when sending cases.
Complete your scan (prep, opposing, bite), fill in the digital Rx in MyiTero, then tap Send.
What to include
- The appliance required
- Both arches scanned
- Bites, if required for the appliance
- Which practice the case is for, if you're a multi-practice dentist
Please send any Gold service scans before 11am so we can have your appliance back with you the next day.
No portal? Export an open STL, PLY or OBJ file and email it to scan@bridgedentallab.com. We accept scans from all major scanners with no extra fees — and every appliance order includes free 3D-printed models.
